Homemade Ice Pops Recipe
Ingredients
- Any fruits of your choice
- Optional – coconut milk, milk or yogurt for creamyness
- Minimal honey if needed
Method
- Grind or blend your fruits (and dairy if you choose to use any) into a puree.
- Pour into any moulds or icetrays and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy!
