A fully customized diet plan. You know how important diet is. Without it, you’re severely limiting yourself and making handicapped gains. My diet plan will be tailored to your tastes and preferences, making it easy and sustainable to follow. More importantly, each week you receive new tasty, guilt-free recipes to try!

Additional customization to the workout and training program based on your capabilities and fitness level.

A 6 week extension of the training program – once you complete the first 6 weeks, I’ll design another, completely different 6 week training program just for you.

Daily support, 4 One-on-one training sessions with me (if you’re in South Mumbai), and weekly content and fitness hacks to boost your progress.
